Bathroom Remodeling

Waterproofed right the first time

Bathrooms are small rooms with no margin for error. We build them the way they should be built — proper waterproofing behind the tile, correct slope in the pan, and fixtures that are still tight in ten years.

Why homeowners hire us for this

Waterproofing you can inspect

We photograph the membrane and pan before tile goes on, so you know what's behind the wall.

Licensed plumbers on the job

Valves, drains, and vents done to code, not improvised.

Tile layout planned first

We dry-lay and center the pattern so cuts land where they should.

One bathroom at a time

If it's your only bath, we sequence to get the toilet and shower back fast.

Bathroom Remodeling FAQs

What's the average bathroom remodel cost?+

Guest baths commonly run $12,000–$22,000. Primary suites with custom tile and glass run $25,000–$45,000.

Can you work with my existing plumbing?+

Usually yes — keeping fixtures in place is the cheapest path. If we find failed supply lines or drain slope problems, we tell you before we proceed.

How long will my bathroom be out of service?+

Plan on 3–6 weeks. Tile curing and glass fabrication are the two waits we can't compress.

Do you install curbless showers?+

Yes, when the floor framing allows the recess. We'll confirm during the walkthrough.
