Concrete Services

Prepped base, proper rebar, clean finish

Concrete cracks when the base is wrong. We grade and compact, set rebar or mesh on chairs, and cut control joints where they belong — which is why our flatwork stays flat.

Why homeowners hire us for this

Base work isn't skipped

Compacted base rock every time — it's the cheapest crack insurance there is.

Rebar on chairs

Steel sits in the middle of the slab where it does something, not on the dirt.

Joints cut on schedule

Control joints cut within 24 hours so the slab cracks where we planned.

Clean site at the end

Forms pulled, washout contained, and the driveway swept.

Concrete Services FAQs

How soon can I drive on new concrete?+

Foot traffic after about 7 days, vehicles after 28 days. Driving early is the fastest way to crack a new driveway.

Will my new concrete crack?+

All concrete cracks somewhere. Proper base, reinforcement, and control joints decide whether it cracks in a straight line you don't notice or across the middle.

Do you do stamped concrete?+

Yes — stamped, broom, and exposed aggregate finishes with integral or release color.

Do I need a permit for a driveway?+

Replacing in place usually doesn't. New approaches at the street typically do. We check before quoting.
