Flooring FAQs
Hardwood or luxury vinyl — which should I choose?+
LVP is fully waterproof, cheaper, and great with kids and pets. Hardwood costs more, can be refinished, and adds more resale value. In Valley homes with kids or dogs, LVP wins most of the time.
Can you install over my existing floor?+
Sometimes over vinyl or tile if it's flat and sound. Over carpet, never. We assess on site.
How long does installation take?+
3–7 days for most homes, plus 2–3 days of acclimation before we start.
Do you move furniture?+
Yes, we move standard furniture. Pianos, safes, and aquariums need a specialist.
